Bio Calibration Company (BCC) is looking for a full-time Marketing & Inside Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This candidate will be responsible for the sales operations of the company, as well as marketing our services to potential clients. BCC provides laboratory equipment calibration and preventative maintenance services to hospitals, pharmaceutical companies and biotechnology companies. Equipment serviced include pipettes, thermometers, centrifuges, and analytical balances.

Job Description:

The primary role of the Marketing & Inside Sales Coordinator is to be the liaison between customers and potential clients, throughout the marketing and sales processes. For sales operations, your responsibility will mainly be facilitating and creating quotes for calibration services, and working with the customer as the main contact throughout the entire process, from start to finish. For marketing operations, your main responsibilities will be to ensure the website and social media posts are reaching our target market, and will include creating posts, blogs, graphics, etc. to achieve that goal.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Inside Sales Coordinator

  • Facilitate all phases of the sales process, in collaboration with the Director of Operations
  • Create quotes for potential clients based on our established pricing and service levels
  • Ensure all documentation is given and received to customers in a timely manner in order to complete the service
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and potential clients; answer questions and solve issues that arise throughout the sales process
  • Prepare and handoff the service information to our technicians through our calibration management software
  • Follow up with potential clients on an ongoing basis to win their business
  • Maintain our CRM database to ensure all deals and client information are up to date
  • Reach out to customers when their equipment is due for service, in collaboration with the Operations Manager
  • Request feedback from customers after the service is completed, and from potential clients who decided to go with another vendor
  • Provide CRM reports weekly to evaluate sales data and efficiency
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Marketing Coordinator

  • Facilitate all phases of the marketing process, in collaboration with the Director of Operations
  • Ensure the website is maintained and up to date with current information, and work with tech support for any changes that need to be made
  • Create and design social media content for BCC on an ongoing schedule to grow and develop company outreach
  • Research topics relating to the metrology industry in order to create blogs, white pages, and other informational content for our customers and potential clients
  • Assist with the creation of marketing and/or company documents as needed
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations for the development and execution of marketing projects for the company
  • Evaluate marketing analytics and strategy to ensure optimal brand visibility and performance
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Experience working with MS Office Suite
  • Marketing/Sales experience, or related experience
  • Pipedrive CRM or similar software experience is a plus
  • Photography and/or Graphic Design experience is highly preferred
  • Metrology experience and education is a plus
