We calibrate, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on pipettes of all types and from all manufacturers, on-site at your facility and on the same day. All of our services are traceable through the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) to the SI unit.

To obtain ship-in service, follow these steps:

  1. Submit a request for a quotation with information about your pipettes and service requirements.
  2. As long as you meet geographic location, service level and quantity considerations, we will send you an on-site service quotation. If you do not qualify for on-site service, we will send a quotation for off-site service.
  3. Once you accept the quotation, we will set up your service appointment as soon as possible. Once scheduled, we will perform the entirety of the service that day so you are without your equipment for less than one day.
  4. After we perform the calibration service, we will provide you with the documentation.

Value-Added Services

We provide various value-added services when you choose us to calibrate your pipettes or other equipment:

  • Automated Scheduling: We will send an email reminder based on your desired frequency (e.g., 6 months or 1 year)
  • Customizable Calibration Certificate: Customization is available as long as it does not interfere with pre-established standards
  • Customizable Calibration Label: Customization is available as long as it does not interfere with pre-established standards
  • Asset Management: As a BCC customer you gain access to our ‘Customer Portal’ where you can access information on your equipment including: Certificates, Labels, Reports, Equipment Information and Statuses
  • Integration with an Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN): You can choose to have an ELN barcode included on the certificate or label, automating your lab’s tasks and reducing human error
