We ensure maximum security and high performance through the use of our commercial laboratory management software, which operates in a Microsoft SQL database and runs on a dedicated in-house server.

We maintain our server and system to be compliant with best practices, including 21 CFR part 11 (controls for electronic signatures) and GAMP 5. We follow GAMP 5 Guide: Compliant GxP Computerized Systems.

With multiple redundancies in place to account for failover, we remove single points of failure and provide additional security for backup and performance. Our network and devices are managed and monitored by a professional IT company, which implements virus and malware protection and provides 24/7 support to ensure that our system runs efficiently and consistently, with no downtime.

Our commercial lab management software is fully validated. We follow industry standards such as GAMP guidelines for validation and 21 CFR part 11 for electronic signature controls.
