Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts + overtime
Travel: Up to 75% (including overnight travel)
$55,000 to $65,000 annually (including overtime, per diem, and bonus potential)
We are actively hiring Field Calibration & Metrology Technicians to perform calibration and repair services on laboratory equipment. This role includes comprehensive paid training and is open to both entry level candidates and those with prior experience.
This is a hands-on, travel-based role that combines technical work, customer interaction, and problem solving in real-world laboratory environments.
Perform routine and complex calibration and repair of laboratory equipment
Travel to customer sites including pharmaceutical, biotech, and hospital laboratories
Conduct on-site service as well as work within our Sewell, NJ facility
Maintain accurate documentation and calibration records
Utilize MS Office and internal database systems
Provide professional, customer-facing service
Ensure high attention to detail and quality standards in all work
Ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays
Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency with basic computer systems including MS Office
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred but not required:
Laboratory experience (1+ year)
Metrology experience or education
Bachelor’s degree
